Binders
One of the most flexible products produced by Brewer Cantelmo, the binder is customized in virtually every way. The size, shape, color, and positioning of the ring can all be specifically manipulated to maximize a presentation. Furthermore, the same detail options available for a portfolio book (stiff or padded covers, round or square corners, etc) are also applicable to all binders.
The many choices available in binder design include the ring mechanism itself. Available in a variety of capacities ranging from 1/4" to 5" +, and also available in nickel, black, or with a PMS match, the ring becomes an integral piece of the entire binder. Boosters (the thumb pieces at the top and bottom of the ring which aid opening and closing) can be left on or stripped off depending on the usage and look required. Also, rivets (the metal pieces that attach the ring to the binder) can be concealed or exposed depending on the specific look and budget of the project).
Since we make all of our products by hand, there are no stock sizes that must be followed, nor is there a minimum quantity to order. However, a good number of the products we make are for standard size pages or for sheet protectors that hold standard size pages. Furthermore, there is no maximum size order as we have the ability to produce quite large quantities with partial delivery consistently throughout a timeline.
Contact our sales department to discuss the advantages of a custom hand made turned edge binder over a store bought generic machine made binder. Because of the many variations possible in the design and production of our binders, they are priced on a quotation basis. Once provided with all the details and design choices, we will quickly provide a priced quotation.

-
When referring to size dimensions, the binding side is always the first dimension shown.
-
When figuring cost, select size and covering material from the table. Find the base price. Add options, name or logo stamping, dies, etc. where appropriate. Add jackets ordered (
see jackets/sheet protectors). Prices exclude duties, taxes or delivery charges. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, F.O.B. New York City factory and are subject to change.
- The pricing above reflects materials that we typically "stock" as shown in this website. If, for example, you ask us to purchase a small amount of yardage of cloth that we do not stock, there will be a small up-charge to the prices on the tables above. Similarly if you want us to use a genuine leather that we do not "stock", there may be additional cost. These additional charges represent items we do not stock, higher additional acquisition costs and shipping. Increasing the quantity of items purchased help minimize same.
