What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order. We have made as few as 5 menus for small bars and we have made single menus for personal wine collections or home use. However, we do not have a maximum size order – we have worked with huge multi-million dollar landmark restaurants across the country.

What size paper do the Brewer Cantelmo menus hold?

While most of our customers request menus to hold standard letter, legal, or tabloid sized paper (17” x 11”), we can make menus to hold any size paper. Every order is built by hand to your custom requirements so that regardless of your paper size, we can make a menu to properly showcase your food and beverages.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Depending on quantity, we fill most order is 10-15 business days. However, it is important that we know your schedule at the beginning of the process so we can bypass certain steps to meet your deadlines. If the option of partial delivery is available, we can prepare menus in batches to cater to your timing requirements.

How much does a prototype cost?

We will custom make a prototype menu to your exact specifications for no charge. Furthermore, if you send your logo, we will stamp that onto your sample menu for free. Our quality is superior to our competition and we want you to see how stunning our products look and feel before you decide to place an order. Prototypes will take between 5-7 business days depending on materials and complexity. (during the prototype stage, we will only pay for 1 stamping die however, if your design has more than one stamp, you will need to pay for all dies after #1)

Where can i find Brewer Cantelmo menus?

Hundreds of restaurants across the country use our menus. While many of our hotel and restaurant customers are located in major cities, you can find our products across the country. We can also email you stock photos of past projects or mail you samples of jobs we have completed. (all samples, other than free prototypes, must be returned within 60 days to avoid a charge of $100 per menu)

How long does a menu last?

The answer is completely dependent on the materials used to make the menu, and the treatment the menu experiences. We will always recommend using the most durable materials and the easiest materials to clean. Our line of Premium SK is our favorite material for menus as it is very durable and very resistant to staining. It can last 2-3 years in a busy restaurant if treated properly. (we will not be held responsible if the menus do not last a prescribed time – please test the free prototype menu intensely to mimic the standard service in your restaurant)

Can I use my own leather? My own logo?

Of course. We encourage you to use any material you want – especially if it will work in the design framework you already have established. Using a material that matches the restaurant will have a lasting effect on your customers. Also – stamping your logo on the menu, and therefore continuing your brand into each guests' hands, is a great way to improve the dining experience. Please keep in mind however that your material must accept glue and must be thin enough to be turned. (for all of our products we prefer to turn the edges for a more professional look)
